A Walk Through Ancient Egypt, Greece, and Rome
Schedule This TourDiscover mummy cases, glass containers, painted vases, portraits, and dinnerware and find out how they were used in the ancient world. This tour meets many Social Studies, Fine Art, and Antiquities Linguistic and Cultural 3–12 TEKS and is ideal for 3rd-grade, middle-school and high-school curricula.
Admission is free for scheduled, confirmed tours for Early Childhood, K-12 students, and chaperones if booked by the school. Tours booked by commercial travel agencies will be charged $12 per student.
Things to Know
- Tours must be reserved at least two weeks in advance.
- Tours are led by our highly trained volunteer docents.
- Please plan to arrive approximately 15 minutes before your tour reservation.
- Guided tours will last 50 minutes.
- Students must always remain with their chaperones while on campus.
- Each tour accommodates a maximum of 60 persons.
