Sharky Pitts is a Texas-based tattooer and tattoo historian with over 16 years of experience in her craft. She is the owner of Lonely Hearts Club TX, a private studio in San Marcos, Texas dedicated to intentional, trauma-informed tattooing. Her work draws directly from her American traditional tattoo upbringing and merges classic designs with ornamental and tribal blackwork. Outside of tattooing, her work centers on preserving and amplifying overlooked narratives within tattoo history. Through photography, self-published zines, lecture series and interactive projects like "Tattoo History & Paint," Sharky creates engaging spaces where art, history, and community intersect.
