SAMA Stands In Solidarity With the AAPI Community

SAMA stands in solidarity with the AAPI community. We condemn the violent attacks in Atlanta and all attacks against Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders that have occurred across the country and in our own city. 

At SAMA, we commit to continued sharing and celebration of all cultures, including the diversity of Asian, Asian American, and Asian diasporic cultures and history, through the lenses of art, programming, and meaningful dialogue.  

The Museum encourages all of our visitors from around the world to learn, engage, and connect. There are many online resources about where to donate directly to support Asian American organizations and businesses, and a compilation of these resources can be found here. As a community we must be supportive and hold each other accountable.
