Movie Metal—a pop-up installation—brings film to life through the display of several fan-favorite characters as well as iconic vehicles from popular films and television shows.
Look for Tony Stark’s F-1 Race Car from Iron Man 2, 13.5-ft. statues of Bumblebee and Optimus Prime from the Transformers movie franchise, the 1966 TV show Batmobile and more!
The Transformers sculptures are made entirely of non-toxic materials and recycled scrap metal. Each sculpture was economically built using a variety of car and motorcycle parts such as gears, spark plugs, and nails.
This pop-up installation is free with Museum admission until June 20.
