How do you get an El Greco from Spain to San Antonio? Go behind the scenes with Heather Fulton, SAMA's Director of Registration and Collections, and learn about the hands-on work of caring for the Museum’s collection, as well as an in-depth look at how we organize and install exhibitions. Here’s your chance for a fascinating peek at important aspects of the Museum that are rarely visible to the public.

Supper Club is an online interesting presentation, accompanied by a dinner from Chef Jason Dady (see menu below). Your purchase supports the Museum.

Space is limited. Be sure to reserve your spot by 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 27. Your heat-and-serve meal plus wine pairings will be delivered to your doorstep on Friday afternoon.

Roasted Root Vegetable Chowder with Rubbed Sage Sourdough Croutons

Mixed Field Green Salad with Cherry Tomato, English Cucumber, Blue Cheese Crumbles and Exotic Spice-Apple Cider Vinaigrette

Herb Roasted Chicken Breast Cacciatore with Creamed Sweet Potato and Roasted Zucchini
