Join Emily Sano, Senior Advisor for Asian Art, as she leads a presentation on the new installation of Japanese baskets from the Thoma Collection. The baskets are the work of bamboo masters from the Kansai region of Japan and demonstrate the unique weaving techniques of the area. Following the presentation, Emily will answer questions in the Japanese gallery where attendees can see the baskets on display. Enjoy wine and light bites prior to the talk.
