Since 1977, a mere 8 years after women were first accepted at Yale College, Something Extra has represented the finest that Yale a cappella has to offer.  An all-women's, undergraduate group, Something Extra is an entirely student-run organization consisting of 16 talented Yalies from all over the country. They have toured extensively throughout North America as well as Mexico, Brazil, and Paris, performing for diplomats, royalty, and even Presidents Bush and Clinton in their homes. Their diverse repertoire includes folk, jazz, oldies, popular, and traditional music, as well as skits, and a small sampling of that repertoire can be had from their latest CD, Caught Red Handed, which they self-produced in Spring 2012.  For extra music and extra fun, come enjoy a concert performed by Something Extra of Yale!
