Gallery Attendant
2 Part time postions, day & evening shifts, Sun. & Sat. hours a must, also Tues. evenings and/or evening shift (4:30pm-12:00pm).
Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent, keen eye for detail, able to stand / walk for 8 plus hours & climb stairs, dependable, friendly disposition, able to lift 30lbs
Salary: Commensurate with experience

School Programs and Volunteer Coordinator
Job Description: Works closely with the Director of Education to support the Museum’s education goals and objectives. Manages all aspects of the Museum’s school and volunteer programs to include: scheduling, coordinating, promoting and evaluating tours (both guided and self-guided), school workshops, and teacher workshops; overseeing school partnerships; producing and distributing annual educator brochure; organizing and distributing monthly educator and volunteer eNewsletters and maintaining related email/mail databases; coordinating communication with and scheduling of volunteers and docents. Accountable for maintaining budgets and administrative details pertaining to school and volunteer programs. Full time position, some weekends and evenings as needed.
Salary: Commensurate with experience
Qualifications: Bachelor of Arts in art history, museum studies, or related field with experience in museum education. Excellent oral and written communication & organizational skills; computer literacy; excellent customer service skills; ability to manage ambitious educational projects and budgets successfully; knowledge of volunteer programs; functions as a team builder and team player.
