University and college faculty are encouraged to bring their classes to SAMA.

Guided University and College Tours

These visits are tailored to the needs and interests of faculty and students and complement classroom learning.
American Art »
  • Guided tours are offered throughout the year: 
    Tuesdays-Sundays during normal museum hours.
  • SAMA offers guided tours to groups of 10 or more.
  • Approximate tour length: 1 hour
  • Admission fees are:
    $5 per Student and Faculty member with valid student IDs.
    Alamo Community Colleges (ACCD), Trinity University, University of Texas at San Antonio, and University of the Incarnate Word students, faculty, and staff receive free admission to the Museum with their school IDs through their SAMA Corporate Memberships.
  • Two weeks advance reservation is required for guided tours.

Asian Art »
