Calendar of Events: August 2010

Interested in becoming an expert on SAMA's collection and serving the community?  Learn more about becoming a docent at the New Docent Preview Sessions.  Prospective docents should have a sincere interest in art and history, though no formal background is needed in either area.  The docent training program is a two-year commitment.  The first year is dedicated to training to become a docent and learning about SAMA.  The second year is spent sharing this knowledge with Museum visitors through tours and educational programming.
